The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work is a fun, educational workshop based on the research of Dr. John Gottman, an American psychological researcher and clinician who has done extensive research on marriage stability. The workshop is specifically designed to help couples improve their friendship and manage conflict. The workshop includes lectures, private couples exercises, and group discussions. It is structured as an educational workshop, not therapy, so no need to stress about sharing your personal problems with others!

Manage conflict constructively
Gain skills to address perpetual and solvable problems
Create shared meaning

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
ART incorporates a combination of techniques used in many other traditional psychotherapies.
ART works directly to reprogram the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions. ART accomplishes this through the use of rapid eye movements similar to eye movements that occur during dreaming. Although techniques similar to these are used in other types of therapies, ART’s very specific and directive approach can achieve rapid recovery from symptoms and reactions that may have been present for many years. ART combines long respected, sound treatment practices with safe and effective methods validated by current scientific research studies conducted by the University of South Florida.
